Aqua Bootcamp

This is a unique class you won’t find anywhere but here! Using dumbbells, bands and the pool! Aqua bootcamp will take you through an upper and lower body workout in and out of the water! This class will keep you moving through circuits from land to water and working on that tan all at the same time! Our summer months get very hot, so this is the perfect class for those wanting to get their heart rate up and get a good sweat, but afraid it will be too hot! Aqua bootcamp is where it’s at!

Yoga

Get your zen on and flow! beginner, moderate and advanced class optionis available

Aqua Yoga– Take your yoga to the water! Doing the same yoga flow sequence, just in the pool! This class is great for those hot summer months!

Barre

Our Barre class is a low-impact, toning and stretching workout which uses small, isolated movements to target and build definition in the major muscle group. With a high repetition of body weight movements, you will be sure to feel this burn in every area of your body! Barre is a fast paced, upbeat class that will keep you moving the entire hour!

Aqua Barre –  Take your Barre to the water! Doing the same Barre sequence, just in the pool! This class is great for those hot summer months! Utilizing the edge to complete your movements, you will be left feeling worked out!
